The purpose of the modification of the Special Plan is to
define a new interior planning for Sector R-10 “San Blas”
of Legutio, adapting this to new approaches in which a
more reasonable and coherent planning of the area is
proposed with the location and its surroundings,
maintaining, as it cannot be otherwise, the objectives
and special conditions that the Subsidiary Regulations
of Legutio specify for this unconsolidated urban land
