In Deurza we develop projects of both new work and demolition, as well as reform, adaptation and rehabilitation, combining the disciplines of architecture and engineering. Our projects cover different sectors: from residential and industrial, to offices and commercial establishments. Our philosophy implies adapting to the needs of the client by managing in an integrated way the main variables of each project and its viability.
Our intervention can begin from the advice in the acquisition of the property, design proposals, project drafting, administrative processing, as well as intervention in possible incidents that could be generated throughout the course of the project.
