First, we carry out a previous study and documentary analysis, reviewing the technical and administrative documentation of the asset to be studied, including technical, legal, administrative and environmental information.
Subsequently, we carry out a visual inspection of the property, in order to know and study the state of the property.
After the visit, a cost estimate for the adequacy of the asset is formalized
Finally, a report is prepared defining all the aspects studied.
