The purpose of this document amending the Urban Improvement Plan is to adjust the internal planning for the area of unconsolidated
urban land of the PMU-1 “Portugal Urbanization”; document definitively approved by plenary agreement on October 28, 2020 at the
Alforja City Council.
It is an action that proposes a series of specific alterations to the area and its planning proposal, so that urban spaces can be generated
more in line with reality and, more specifically, with the existing situation of the land and the residential plots of the residents of the
urbanization.
