The purpose of this modification is to adapt the sector, its planning and magnitudes to the basic needs that have arisen since its delimitation that allow us to guarantee its development, inserting its land in the urban fabric of the city in a coherent way, and progressively facilitating the consolidation of the area that comes to make up Avenida de Catalunya.
Likewise, the proposed development is adapted to the environment, integrating the coexistence of the Gállego River and the existing communication infrastructures and developments in the city.
