The spirit of this detailed study, as well as its motivation, is none other than to provide an interior arrangement to the plot referenced as
Colonia Sant Lambert nº 9. The planning will be organised around an internal road that is the backbone of the action on which a series
of linked private spaces will be organised on which different building programmes will be developed. The proposal established in this
detailed study aims to compose a more coherent planning, so that a better use is made of the land area of which the asset in
question consists, respecting in all cases the regulatory guidelines established by the General Urban Planning Plan of Zaragoza, as well
as by the rest of the applicable regulations.
