The purpose of this modification of the general plan is to reorganize the spaces that have traditionally been occupied by the old School of Jesús Maria. The action aims on the one hand to free up spaces that have been clearly decaying and disused over the last 22 years for their incorporation and the city and on the other hand to become aware of their relationship with their surroundings in order to integrate them in a coherent way, opening up the urban fabric, connecting Corts d’Aragó street with Goya Avenue, and providing the city with open spaces and public facilities from which this district softens
