The purpose of the Specific Modification number 23 of the Consolidated Text of the General Plan of Urban Planning of Zuera, aims to proceed to recalculate the average use of the PGOU for the delimited developable land as well as the reassignment of the general systems of the municipality in each of the existing sectors.
