The specific modification of the General Urban Planning Plan of the city of Borja is drafted at the request of the City Council of the city of Borja and has as its object the change of a facility located on land currently classified as consolidated urban land and qualified,
urbanistically, as an educational facility in order to proceed to qualify two new plots, property of the City Council of the city of Borja, a facilities, which come to provide a more adequate service to the needs and social demands that have arisen in the municipality. The plots that are intended to be classified as facilities are currently classified, the first as residential and the second as industrial. The first of them is
located in front of an educational facility and is intended to qualify as a multipurpose – cultural facility, in order to allow it to provide a specific service to the adjacent educational facility and a general service to the common residents. On the other hand, the other plot is located next to the sports facilities of the municipality and through its qualification as a multipurpose – sports facility, it is intended to expand
the services that are provided and that social demand has come to consider as necessary
