The objective of this reparcelling was to adapt the area to the planning specifications, creating a plot of green area, a plot for road use and one of greater area for residential use. The project is part of a global development where this empty space of the city with great potential due to its location is being transformed into a residential area that highlights the natural heritage of the city. Thanks to the tranquility of the area, it has all the necessary aspects to be a key space to live in the city center
