This document of specific modification of the NN. SS ofCarinyena is drawn up at the request of the City Council of Carinyena in order to adapt the Ordinances of the Subsidiary Regulations to the specific modification that has been processed at the request of the same in order to introduce hotel and commercial use as a compatible use in the areas that the Regulations call R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 i industrial. This introduction of a new compatible use in the Subsidiary Regulations is the result of the Consolidated Text of the aforementioned specific modification, given that the initial text of said modification was intended to change the urban classification of an area of industrial use located next to the N-330 road. During the public information period, two allegations were presented which, after their acceptance, meant the need to draft a revised text that would accommodate them. The object of the proposed specific modification was none other than the introduction of commercial hotel use as compatible in the areas of residential and industrial urban land of the municipality of Carinyena
