Change to residential use of the land located in Plaza de la Estación 1 and José Erbina 1, currently
intended for the specific use of offices and commerce. Likewise, a new residential buildability is generated in the aforementioned plots in
order to adapt the volume of the same both to the new use and to the building complex of the block where they are inserted,
generating a coherent urban space.
