In order to complete the urban grid of the San Pedro neighbourhood, an area consisting of a square, residential buildings, equipment and a perimeter road is being developed. The proposal gives continuity to the fabric of the urban area and guarantees the accessibility of the complex through the location of all the pavements at “zero level”. A large quality public space is offered, focused not only on the new residential units, but also on the planned equipment and the urban complex, thus materializing the largest public space in the western area of the municipality
