From Deurza, we are responsible for carrying out an integrated management of both projects and works, in order to ensure that they are effective in quality, execution times and economic control. Likewise, our job is to ensure that all parties involved in the different phases of each project comply with the obligations and terms envisaged.
Among other efforts we develop an analysis of possible deviations and search for alternatives to adapt the investment cost to an objective budget (Value Engineering) as well as a monitoring and calculation of costs at each stage, monitoring the entire development of a project (Cost Management)
