This project for the reparcelling of the PERI 6 systematic management area of the General Urban Planning Plan of Palencia is drafted, at the initiative of the City Council of Palencia, together with the Special Plan and the Urbanisation Project of the aforementioned area, in order to carry out a unitary development that allows the consolidation of this area, shaping the closure of the city at that specific point
