The reparcelling project refers to PHASE II of Sub-area IB.07.1 former UA-531.01 “Zamakola” of the PGOU of Bilbao. The objective of this reparcelling is to adapt the area to the new planning specifications, creating a green area plot, a plot for road use and a residential plot.
