This Demolition Project of this property was drafted because it was left in a dilapidated state after a fire.
The building, which housed as a restaurant, is made up of two rectangular bodies on one floor, connected inside. The main one, with a larger volume, was the dining room or main room and the other, located at the back of the building, was the rest of the facilities and services rooms. The building typology of the main one-storey construction corresponds to an isolated construction with a structure based on metal frames and block enclosure. The metal framework of the roof supported a wooden substructure that also supported other interior walls, which had a more decorative and sectoring function than structural. Prior to the demolition of the buildings, the existing stone shield will be recovered and the other belongings will be removed
