The purpose of this Project was the execution of the demolition of the property, located on Benedicto XIII Street, on the occasion of the declaration of ordinary ruin of the same.
The works consisted of the demolition of the existing building, without demolishing the foundations or party walls; waste separation, transport and management;
as well as the subsequent adaptation of these party walls and the resulting plot, based on the programmatic instructions described and the requirements of current regulations.
Specifically, this action solves a safety problem for third parties, given the fall of debris to the adjoining houses and to the public road
