The object of this Detailed Study was the
definition and specification of heights,
alignments and grades of the two residential
buildings planned in the Sant Gabriel
Integrated Residential Action of the General
Urban Development Plan of the Vall de
Tràpaga. The proposal increases by one floor
the building height initially established in the
detailed planning of the General Plan, as
well as geometrically defines the access
road to it.
Specifically, this action solves a problem of
basic management and planning, where,
thanks to the drafting of this instrument, it is
possible to make the different existing
housing regimes in the area -free and
protected-, independent construction
volumes, facilitating real estate
management and development.
