The modification of the Subsidiary Regulations of Corcubió, aims to implement an action that allows, on the one hand, to
guarantee the building rights to the parcel.la as a plot of land to face urbanized roads and on the other hand to
generate endowment spaces of cession in which the acting administration can develop all the necessary initiatives
aimed at the conservation of the aforementioned ruins, in such a way as to provide the parcel.la with a coherent
development.
