The area is located in an area next to the General Road System 2 on a ridge with a considerable unevenness. It is certainly a steep area and of complicated urbanization and that given its orography also makes us question, from this perspective, the suitability and convenience of development of the Sector.
The purpose of the project is to proceed with the suppression of the “Sant Idealfons” Delimited Developable Land Sector, declassifying the land included in its scope, since the need for development of a sector like this is not justified from an urban planning perspective, nor is the reservation of residential land contemplated by the PGOU of Illueca.
