The scope of Key Sector 5.2 is developed in two phases. Thus, it has a partial urbanization project, called phase I, where the execution works of the access road to the sector, the industrial plot, with all the necessary services and part of the green area were developed.
In this way, this urbanization project includes phase II of action, and aims to complete the urbanization works of the sector, creating an adequate access road to the industrial area with the necessary services that allow its development, resolve the sanitation of the area in a unitary way, as well as design an eminently efficient urban lighting
