The modification of the PGOU of Sobradiel arises from the need to facilitate the development of the industrial land of the “El Monte” Industrial Estate. On the one hand, it is intended to modify and subtract the UEI-3, taking into account the dysfunction of some of its roads and the best and easiest execution of the area by subdividing it into two differentiated execution units, the UEI-3.1 and the UEI-3.2. On the other hand, the reorganization and reformulation of the SI-2 Industrial Sector is proposed in addition to the deduction of it into three execution units, all with the ultimate aim of facilitating a progressive and coherent urban development that allows areas to be consolidated in a uniform way.
