The specific modification of the General Plan of Urban Planning of Cosuenda is drafted at the request of the City Council of Cosuenda and has as its object the adaptation and modification of the ordinances contained in the Consolidated Text of the General Plan of Urban Planning referring to the Residential Use R-3. The modification consists of adapting these regulations to the reality of the municipality of Cosuenda and specifically to the provision of those situations in which the plots, given their configuration and morphology, cannot set back the building, since these, even complying with the other regulatory conditions, would be unbuildable.
