Building listed by the General Plan of Ordinance of Vitoria that owes its design to the Architect Mr. Fernando Chueca Goitia in which a change of urban classification is proposed, going from tertiary to residential use. The purpose of this modification is to recover the city center for residential uses, which in recent years had been expelled to the periphery, rehabilitating in turn a building of great architectural interest.
