The alternative to the advance of the PGOU of Campezo arises from the need to facilitate the development of the delimited developable land sector SR0.3 SC registered in the urban center of Santa Cruz de Campezo, in the municipality of Campezo, Álava, which for a series of issues will be classified as rustic land. The proposed alternative focuses both on the modification of the structural planning and on the detailed planning of the area so that a development solution can be adopted that aligns with the needs of the municipality and its immediate environment.
