The development of Due Diligences technical, urban planning and/or legal is one of the fields of greatest experience and work on the part of the team, the result of these works being a reflection of the situation and suitability of the asset (soil, WIP, building, etc.) at the time of the issue. In many cases we develop them to ensure the execution of the client’s real estate project (construction or acquisition of a promotion of housing, hotels, offices, industrial buildings, student or elderly residences, etc.).
