Within our search for space and the comprehensive proposal developed the comprehensive technical documents of the Environmental Impact Assessment of our projects or also of third parties. It is the technical document supporting the entire decision process of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). This is defined as the administrative procedure used to identify, prevent and interpret the environmental impacts that a project will produce on its environment if executed, all in order to allow the competent administration to accept, reject or modify it.
We must remember that EIAs are mechanisms that serve us to identify and analyze what are going to be the possible impacts on the environment caused by a specific project. Developing our own tools and auditing our own projects, we have managed to be more sustainable in our proposals in addition to improving the effective management of resources, so good practices are guaranteed to avoid unnecessary damage to the environment.
