Residential building project located in the University of Zaragoza district, which resolves a block between party walls with 10 homes, 2 of them of
duplex type. The interior layout of the dwellings presents a clear and regular scheme where the most public spaces have been located next to
the entrance hall and on the main façade, while the bedrooms overlook the open space of the block, with hardly any sound impact. The
different units have a double orientation, and in them the versatility has been sought to create either independent kitchens, or linked to the
living room by islands, in a more open concept. This versatility is also introduced in duplexes, where open and connected spaces can be
generated between the living room and the lower deck, or they can be made independent by obtaining a greater number of bedrooms. The
terraces are located on the south façade, with large open spaces.
