This project proposes the high-rise construction of a residential block between party walls, with a ground floor plus four heights, where 10
homes are distributed at a rate of 2 per floor.
The underground floors are organised to provide parking spaces, 8 storage rooms, a rubbish room and premises for the building’s general
facilities
