Preliminary project for a free-standing residential block, with 19 homes, storage rooms and garages in SaragoSSa.
The proposed development has 19 homes, distributed on the ground floor (elevated 1.50m from street level), first floor, second floor and
penthouse, and an additional floor in front of the main street.
The program is distributed at the rate of 6 homes on the ground floor with garden + 6 apartments with terrace attic + 7 type homes. In order to
present a wider range of products, 2 4-bedroom homes have been arranged, in addition to those with 2 and 3 bedrooms, considering, as can
be seen in the detail, that the rest of the 3 and 2 homes, configured in a module, could be assigned according to market requests. The semibasement
floor, at an altitude of -1.30m from the street, is distributed at a rate of 24 parking spaces, and space for storage rooms and
communal facilities, which may have natural ventilation as they are on a semi-basement floor.
A double-orientation housing program is proposed, with two terraces for each unit with different orientations (north/south or east/west). The
kitchens are versatile and can be built independently, or attached to the living-dining room. There will be a clothesline space protected from
views next to the kitchen and with access to it. The proposal contemplates a base module adaptable to 2 or 3-bedroom homes, depending on
the final market requirement
